Gentlemen,
I just wanted to send you a note to express my appreciation for the kind of service I received while in the process of buying my new Bose radio. I am enjoying it even more than I had anticipated. It is so easy to use—doesn't even require perusing the directions which I really like. Of course, the sound is terrific but in addition to that, it just seems to have been designed so well from the alarm (starting low then gradually increasing the volume) to the ease of resetting the clock. And the remote—everything is just terrific.

All I can say is my new Wave Radio is AWESOME!!! I have to sit and stare at it to make sure all of that sound is coming out of that small package. Thank you for the 30 day trial but I knew the first minute I had this radio I would not be sending it back.

My husband wanted a Bose Wave CD/radio for his birthday. I procrastinated, thinking I could buy it from one of the electronic stores in our area. After spending several hours searching Monday night to no avail, I returned home and ordered from your website and spent an extra $10 to have it express shipped, never believing it would get here by Wednesday on his birthday. I printed a picture of the radio and wrapped it, but knew it wouldn't be the same as opening the real thing. To my surprise, when I got home from work on Wednesday, there it was!

What a quality piece of equipment! I love the alarm in the morning, the quiet tone that leads to a loud one for when you are really asleep. I love the way the light on the clock dims in a dark room and darkens when you turn the light on. And the sound is incredible. I have really enjoyed the unit and look forward to spending time in my room. It is easy to operate and very attractive to look at. I played a CD for a friend who couldn't believe their ears! The only downside is I waited so long to actually make the purchase.
Definitely worth the money, and the payment plan is really a plus!
