Bose Support Specialists can often resolve your product problems by email or over the phone. When necessary, they can also assist you in sending your product to the Bose factory for repair or help you find an authorized service center near you.

Our Factory Service also offers a flat-rate service plan to protect your investment in Bose products after the original warranty period ends.

Flat-rate plans include coverage for repairs (parts and labor), hardware and software upgrades, comprehensive preventative maintenance and a one-year limited warranty from the time of repair on most products and systems.

Bose products may be serviced at the Bose factory. Some products can also be repaired at authorized service centers located throughout the US.
