excitement of "Listening to Life II". This complimentary surround sound
show, shown exclusively at Bose stores, reveals how sound and sight combine to
shape our experiences.
Combining sight and sound
As you enter the store, you’re invited to relax in a pleasant mini movie
house setting that helps you forget about the bustle of the mall outside its doors.
From there you'll embark on a journey of compelling images and moving music and
sounds.
"Listening to Life II" was created with the
expertise of our own in-house production team, and features a variety of musical
genres—from Dixieland jazz recorded live on a Mississippi riverboat, to
a symphony orchestra playing the music of Puccini's Madame Butterfly and Turandot.
You'll also hear a timeless serenade of Nat King Cole and a lively passage from
Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker.
Emotionally charged music and powerful imagery are
enhanced with the realistic sound effects of a thunderous rainstorm and the roaring
intensity of fast-action auto racing. World music and vivid scenes capturing the
exotic colors of China and Spain add an unexpected, international flavor.
