Major credit cards and debit cards
The payment amount is authorized and held by your financial institution at the time you place your order. Your account is actually charged when your order ships.
Please note: Authorized and held amounts will not be available for other purchases. If an order is canceled, the authorization hold will expire in accordance with the terms of your bank or financial institution.
Bose Preferred Credit Card
The Bose Preferred Credit Card is issued by GE Capital Retail Bank and can be used to make purchases on Bose.com.

Are Bose Preferred Credit Cards opened prior to April 1, 2011 still accepted online?
No. Your Bose Preferred Credit Card must have been issued after April 1, 2011 and by GE Capital Retail Bank to be valid for purchases.

How do I apply for a new Bose Preferred Credit Card?

Are there financing offers available on Bose.com if I use the Bose Preferred Credit Card?
There are no Bose Preferred Credit Card financing offers available on Bose.com.

Bose gift cards and Sound Rewards card
Bose gift cards take the guesswork out of giving, and can be redeemed on Bose.com. They can also be used to place orders over the phone (call 1-888-867-7186) and to make purchases at Bose stores.
Bose Sound Rewards cards are issued free with the purchase of select Bose products during promotions. You can apply them to future Bose purchases on Bose.com, over the phone (1-888-867-7186) or at Bose stores. They are intended for one-time use only and have an expiration date.

How do I check the balance on my gift card?
Enter your card number and PIN on the gift cards page and click "Check balance." Or call our Gift Card Hotline at 1-888-529-8803.
What if I lose my gift card?
Call Bose at 1-800-444-BOSE to report the loss. We'll freeze the remaining balance on your missing card at the time of your call, transfer it to a new card and mail you the replacement card. Please record the card number and keep the original receipt in a safe place to facilitate this process.
Do I have to spend the full amount on my gift card?
No. If the amount of your order is less than the value of your gift card, the leftover balance will remain on your card and can be applied to future purchases. If your order amount is the same or greater than your gift card value, you must use the full value of the gift card.
Can I use paper gift certificates or store merchandise credits online?
Paper gift certificates and merchandise credits can be used for purchases in Bose stores, or mailed in along with your catalogue order. You cannot use them to make purchases on Bose.com or over the phone.
Can I "recharge" my Bose gift card?
Once the total value of a gift card is used up, that card is considered retired and may not be used again. You may purchase additional gift cards at any time.
Do Bose gift cards expire?
No, your unused balance remains on your gift card until it is spent. We charge no service or dormancy fees for cards carrying a balance.
Can I redeem gift cards for online purchases shipped outside the US?
Gift cards can be redeemed for purchases shipped to the United States, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
Can I purchase gift cards in combination with other items from your website?
Yes, gift cards may be added to your shopping cart online, along with any other item.
Can I use a gift card to purchase other gift cards?
No, you must use a gift card to purchase a product.
What are Bose Sound Rewards cards?
Bose promotional cards are issued free with the purchase of select Bose products during special promotions. They carry a specific value and can be applied to future Bose purchases only. Unlike Bose gift cards, they can be used only once and do not carry a balance. Each one has an expiration date.

Bill Me Later®
Bill Me Later is a convenient and secure payment method that gives you the flexibility to purchase without using your credit card.

How do I apply for Bill Me Later?
You may select Bill Me Later in the purchase process. When placing your order, you will be sent to the Bill Me Later website and asked to provide your birth date and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. Accept the terms, and if approved, your purchase is complete.
How does the "No interest if paid in full in 6 months" promotion work?
If your order is greater than $1,500 and you are approved for BML financing, you will receive monthly statements and will be required to make at least the minimum monthly payment displayed on your billing statement each month during the promotional period. As long as you pay in full by the promotion expiration date, you will not be billed interest. If you do not pay in full, interest will be billed from the date of purchase.
