We can wake up, put the music on, and read the paper without having to get up," adds Nance. We had to rely on the people with whom we were working to give us honest answers. The Bose installer came highly recommended—he was excellent. We're not experts; all we care about is that it sounds good. And our Bose system sounds better than good. It sounds wonderful. It's also much easier to use. We can both work it without a problem." Their friends are intrigued when they hear the sound. "We have friends whose systems cost significantly more than ours. Their systems are so complex, they don't even know how to use them. Our Bose system is much more sophisticated than anything we've ever had, and yet it's by far the easiest to use." Now that they’ve experienced the benefits of the Bose system, it's difficult to make the transition back to their old system. The solution?
