The Homewide powered speaker system sets a new standard in Bose® multi-room expansion. You can experience the full sound quality of your Lifestyle® system in another room with tiny, but powerful, Jewel Cube speakers. Only 4½" high, they deliver a level of sound you'd expect from speakers many times larger. A powered Acoustimass module provides emphatic low notes for dramatic movie effects and beautiful depth in your music. Together, the speakers and Acoustimass module ensure our highest level of stereo performance.

The quality sound you experience is customized to your room with the ADAPTiQ audio calibration system. This proprietary technology accounts for the unique acoustic characteristics of your room. And it allows for freedom of speaker placement while assuring consistent audio performance.

The bundling of the Bose® link AL8 homewide wireless audio link—a proprietary transmitter and receiver package—enables music in another area without room-to-room wiring. Just connect the transmitter to your Lifestyle® system, then connect the receiver to your Homewide speaker system. You'll also receive audio from any components connected to your Lifestyle® system. And you'll control it all with the Personal® music center III remote. This easy-to-use remote lets you select any device set up to work with your Lifestyle® system and adjust its audio playback in your expansion room.

The key technology for this homewide wireless audio solution is our proprietary Free Field® circuitry. It enables the Bose link AL8 system to operate efficiently in the presence of signals from cordless phones, wireless Internet connections and other devices. The transmitter and receiver work through most walls and floors, and operate from up to 80' away.
