A Certified Refurbished Product is one that’s been returned to Bose, for any reason. It’s then thoroughly inspected, tested, and serviced to meet strict Bose sound quality standards — the same as a new product. Appearance is closely examined; products occasionally have minor, nearly imperceptible blemishes. All refurbished products have the same warranty as new products. And are available only from Bose. Quantities are limited.

FAQs
Why is the sound from the Bose Solo Soundbar Series II better than my TV speakers?
The Bose Solo Soundbar Series II uses unique Bose transducers and proprietary DSP (Digital Signal Processing) technology to bring out audio details that cannot be reproduced by most built-in TV speakers. The result is that you simply hear your TV better.
Can the bass level of the Bose Solo Soundbar Series II be adjusted?
Yes. There is a bass level adjustment located on the remote control.
What TVs are compatible with the Bose Solo Soundbar Series II?
The Bose Solo Soundbar Series II is designed for use with any TV with an optical audio output (most HDTVs and many older “analog” TVs) and can be connected with the included optical cable.
The soundbar can also be connected to TVs with coaxial (RCA) or auxiliary analog (3.5 mm) connections (connection cables not included).
What inputs do the Bose Solo Soundbar Series II support?
The Bose Solo Soundbar Series II has optical, coaxial, and analog (3.5 mm) audio inputs. You will only connect to one of these, depending on what type of output your TV has. It is not possible to “switch” between these different inputs, so only one connection is required.
Can source devices, such as a cable set-top box, phone/tablet, gaming system, etc., be connected directly to the Bose Solo Soundbar Series II?
Any device with an optical, analog audio, or coaxial output can be connected to the Bose Solo Soundbar Series II. However, Bose strongly recommends that you only connect the soundbar to your TV’s audio output, so sound and picture will always be in sync.
Can I connect either a Bose Bass Module or a non-Bose bass module to the Bose Solo Soundbar Series II?
No.
Can the Bose Solo Soundbar Series II work in multi-room groups with other Bose products like speakers or headphones?
Yes. The Bose Solo Soundbar Series II can play music in synchronized connection with any Bose smart speaker or soundbar: Bose Smart Speaker 500, Bose Home Speakers 450 or 300; Bose Portable Smart Speaker; Bose Smart Soundbar 700 or Bose Soundbar 500; or Bose Soundbar System Bundle, using Bose SimpleSync™ technology. This functionality is being controlled by the smart speaker or smart soundbar using the Bose Music app. You cannot connect a pair of headphones to the Bose Solo Soundbar Series II for synchronized audio/video grouping.
