Not complete.
The power supply does not come with the twist-on adapter required to plug it into the wall. Unfortunately, the website does not show a picture of both sides of the power supply so you can see this before you order. Also, the twist-on adapter is not listed on the website. You must call the customer service line to get this part. Be prepared to explain in detail what you are look for.

Missing essential part
Does not come with the outlet adaptor. Unless you have an old part that plugs into the charher allowing you to connect it to the outlet your going to have to call customer support and pay for that part to be shipped to you.
