Alarm will not play

If your alarm isn't working, here are a few things you can try:

If the sleepbuds lose connection from your mobile device during the night, they will continue to play masking sounds and the next scheduled alarm. Snooze and subsequent alarms will not work. Place sleepbuds back in charging case for a few seconds and remove to re-establish connection to your mobile device

Make sure your alarm is turned on in the alarm section. The toggle to the right of the alarm time is the on/off switch for that alarm
