Connecting an audio device

The Acoustic Wave® multi-disc changer provides two rear panel inputs (AUX 1 and AUX 2) for connecting external audio devices such as a TV, VCR, DVD player, cassette player or MP3 player. This gives you the advantage of hearing Acoustic Wave® music system sound from a range of sources.

Making the connection

Using an appropriate stereo cable (not included), connect one end of the cable to the audio output jacks of the device and the other end to one set of AUX input jacks on the CD changer. Be sure to match the red and white plugs on the cable to the red (R) and white (L) AUX jacks on the changer.

Playing a connected audio device

To listen to a connected device:

Turn on the external audio device

On the remote, press AUX1 or AUX2 to select the correct AUX input. "AUX 1" or "AUX 2" appears on the display to confirm your selection

Adjust the volume using the remote control

Note: The Acoustic Wave® CD changer remote control cannot turn a connected AUX device on or off, or change its settings or selections.
