If you have difficulty using voice commands with the Google Assistant, try the following:
Be sure your voice assistant has been setup. For more information, see Using the Google Assistant with Bose smart products
If there is excessive noise in the room (i.e. multiple people talking or loud music playing), the speaker might not hear you. Try reducing noise in the room, talking louder, or speaking closer to the speaker
Try phrasing the command differently. The Google Assistant can interpret phrases many ways, so try saying the command another way
If you are trying to control a music service, check that the service has been added to the Bose Music app as well as the Google Assistant app by going to Settings > Linked Media Accounts. Note: Not all music services can be started by a voice request.
Be sure the speaker you are trying to control is linked to your account. Open the Bose Music app, go to My Bose > My Account > Manage Speakers and be sure the speaker you are trying to control appears. If not, add it to your account
