To resolve your issue, please try the following:
- Check the documentation provided with your router—such as an owner’s guide for the router itself, or paperwork from your Internet service provider. During initial setup of your router, the password may have been written on one of these documents.
- Determine if the password for the network is listed on the back or underside of the Wi-Fi router. The manufacturer of the router may have printed a default password on the product label. If the default settings of the router have never changed, this password should allow access to the wireless network
