Paired Bluetooth® device will not connect to the speaker

To resolve this issue, please try the following:

If your device requires a passcode, make sure the one you entered is correct

Make sure Bluetooth is turned on or enabled on your device

Your Bluetooth device may be out of range. Try moving it closer to the speaker

If possible, turn off all other nearby Bluetooth devices or disable their functionality

Reset the speaker: press mute for ten seconds. Your Bluetooth device is disconnected and the Bose® SoundLink® Mini speaker turns off. Press POWER to turn the speaker back on and reconnect

Clear the speaker from your Bluetooth device list and then pair the speaker again

Clear the speaker memory and then pair the Bluetooth device and the speaker again. To clear the speaker memory of all devices, press and hold BLUETOOTH for about 10 seconds until you hear a tone. All Bluetooth devices are cleared from the speaker, and the Bose® SoundLink® Mini speaker becomes discoverable
