My system will not turn on. What can I do?

Please try the following:

  • Try plugging the system into a different wall outlet
  • If the system is plugged into a power strip, try plugging directly into a wall outlet. The power strip could be faulty
  • If possible, try another source using the AUX jack or try another iPod® or iPhone®. The issue may be specific to the iPod or iPhone model you’re using
  • Reset your SoundDock system. Turn the system off and unplug it from power for 60 seconds. Once you have reconnected the system to power, try to turn on your system
