"System update unsuccessful" message displayed
This message appears if there is an issue during the software update process. To resolve this, try the following:
Make sure the home network's Internet connection is working.
Test the Internet connection by accessing the main Bose homepage at www.Bose.com from either the computer that is being used, or a different device connected to the network to determine if there is Internet access.
Reset your product.
Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. For more info, see Resetting your product.
Try updating at a later time.
In case there is an issue with the update server, try the updating again in a few hours or the next day.
