Turning on and turning off your product
Find out how to quickly power on your product when you're ready to use it and power it off when it's not in use.
To power your product on and off:
Important: when powering on for the first time, press the button on the left earbud and then the right earbud. This wakes the left earbud and communicates with the right earbud. After the first time, you only need to press the right earbud to power on.
Powering on
Press the button on the right earbud. The status lights blink white twice then glow according to Bluetooth connection status.
A voice prompt announces the battery level and Bluetooth connection status.
Powering off
Press and hold the button on the right earbud for 1 second. Release the button when you hear the power-down tone or see the status lights blink white twice.
Auto-off
Auto-off conserves the battery when the earbuds aren’t being used. After 20 minutes of no audio playing, the earbuds automatically power off. To disable Auto-off, use the Bose Music app. You can access this option in the Settings menu.
