Serial number location
Serial numbers contain important information about your product, including model number and DOM (Date of Manufacture). The serial number can be found on your product, product packaging or app (if applicable).
Serial number and date of manufacture location:
The serial number can be found on the original box below a barcode. It can also be found on the product registration card that came in the original box. The serial number begins with the number 0.
The four-digit DOM (Date of Manufacture) code can be found on either earbud by removing the eartip. It is a combination of numbers and letters.
