Replacing the battery in your product
The battery in your product can be removed so you can insert a new battery if your battery weakens or dies. Find out how to access and replace the battery.
Replace the batteries in your hearing aids.
Your hearing aids use size 312 batteries. New batteries typically last about 4 days when used 14 hours a day.

Before handling the batteries, wash and dry your hands to keep the batteries clean and maximize battery life

Gently pull the tab on the bottom of the hearing aid until the battery door fully opens

Push the battery out through the back of the battery door
Tip: You can use the magnetic end of the cleaning brush to easily remove the battery -
Insert the new battery with the sticker side (the smooth side with a + marking) facing up

Peel the sticker off the battery

With the battery installed, leave the battery door open for 5 minutes. This exposes the zinc-air battery to air, which allows it to fully activate and maximizes battery life

Close the battery door.
