Resetting your product

A reset can reboot your product or it can clear locally-stored product settings, such as paired device lists. Find out which option is available to reset your product.
 

Reset your headphones.

Product settings are not lost during this reset.
  1. Power off your headphones, then wait 30 seconds.
  2. Connect your headphones to a wall outlet using a USB charger, then wait 5 seconds.
  3. Disconnect the USB cable from the headset, then wait 1 minute.
  4. Power on your headphones and resume normal use.
