Changes to product settings are not retained
If your product has a settings menu or works with a Bose app that can adjust settings, try the following if settings are changed but not reflected or remembered by your product:
Be sure the Bose app is up-to-date.
If the Bose app is not the latest version, it might be missing features or improvements. On your device, go to the app store, search for the app and select it. If an update is available, install it.
Do not disconnect the system from power immediately after making changes.
When the system is shut off, any changes that have been made in the menus must be stored into permanent memory. Wait until the console led is solid red (about 15 seconds) after turning the system off before unplugging the system
The Acoustimass Module and Control Console may need service.
