Cannot connect with Bluetooth using the Bose Music App

If you are unable to make a Bluetooth connection using the Bose Music App, please try the following:

When you power on your headphones, what does the voice prompt say?

Tip: Voice prompts provide info about the status of your headphones. If you turned off voice prompts, turn them on before continuing. For more info, see Turning on or off voice prompts.
