Cannot connect to Wi-Fi network
If your product is unable to connect to your wireless router for Internet access:
Here are some things to know:
- The Bose SoundTouch adapter that was included with your system must be connected to the system console for Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Your system must be within the wireless range of your wireless router or connected wireless extenders (if in use).
- Mobile hotspots are not recommended since they can have limited or inconsistent performance.
View common or advanced troubleshooting.
Try the common solutions first. If you're still unable to connect, there are some advanced solutions to try.
