If you want to return a product purchased at a Bose Store, within the current return policy, please call 1-800-379-2073 to start the process. Be sure to have your receipt nearby when calling. You will need to provide the Bose representative with information on the receipt. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment except for purchases made with cash or a gift card, a refund check will be mailed.
