Not what I ordered
Not what I ordered. I needed the alternate fit kit, not a new set of the tips/wings that came with the earbuds. They won't stay in my ears! Tried calling back, on hold longer than I am willing to wait. Chat support is worse.
Ever since order, I am bombarded with special offers from BOSE.
