Who is eligible?
The following members of the U.S. military community are eligible using Troop ID:
- Active Duty
- National Guard
- Military spouses
- Surviving spouses
- Immediate military family members
Note: Partner brands and organizations may not extend certain offers to military family members (i.e. an Active Duty Troop ID holder may be eligible for an offer while a Military Family Troop ID holder may not be eligible for the same offer).
What is ID.me?
Whether you’re a member of the military, a first responder, a student, a teacher, or a nurse, you’re part of an exclusive group that may have access to amazing discounts from Bose.
Those who verify their group affiliation with ID.me can be eligible to receive discounts and many more exclusive offers reserved for each affiliation. Required eligibility documents include identification such as Troop ID, Student ID, Responder ID, Teacher ID, or Government ID.
How do I create an ID.me account?
To create an ID.me account: go to the ID.me website, click the “My Account” button in the top-right corner, then select “Create An ID.me Account.”
Are USAA members eligible?
USAA has formed a relationship with ID.me to allow members to use their USAA membership to verify their military service. USAA members must first verify their membership through ID.me and receive a Troop ID before being eligible for any discounts.
