Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Employees, officers and directors of Bose Corporation (“Sponsor”), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies, (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

1. Entry Period: Bose x BonBon Gift Box Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Feb 11, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Feb 13, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

2. How To Enter: You may enter the Sweepstakes by submitting a entry in accordance with below.

Method #1: Instagram Entry. Follow Bose's Instagram page and BonBon's Instagram page and add a comment to @Bose’s post that matches your Valentine’s Day vibe (the “Instagram Entry”).  Entrant’s Instagram settings must be public. Entrants must continue to follow Bose's Instagram page and BonBon's Instagram page at least through March 13, 2026 in order to be notified in the event he/she is a winner. You must have an Instagram app and account to enter via this method. The Instagram app is free. 

Method #2: TikTok Entry. Follow Bose's TikTok page and BonBon's TikTok page  and add a comment to @Bose’s post that matches your Valentine’s Day vibe (the “TikTok Entry”).  Entrant’s TikTok settings must be public. Entrants must continue to follow Bose's TikTok page and BonBon's TikTok page at least through March 13, 2026 in order to be notified in the event he/she is a winner. You must have a TikTok account to enter via this method.  The TikTok app is free. 

IMPORTANT: MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY TO THE USE OF MOBILE DEVICES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. You should consult your wireless service provider's pricing plan for details. You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your wireless carrier. You should also check your device's features for capabilities and check the device manual for specific use instructions. 

Alternate Method of Entry.  You may also enter by sending a postcard to BosexBonBon Sweepstakes, 100 The Mountain Road, MS 6A2, Framingham, MA, 01701.  Include your name, address, and telephone number on the postcard. 

All entry information, including all posts shall be collectively referred to herein as the “Entries” or each as an “Entry.” Entries must comply with the Guidelines and Requirements defined below. 

Limit one (1) Entry per person regardless of method of entry. Limit one (1) Prize per person and/or household. Entrants are not permitted to submit an Entry (“Submission”) more than once during the Sweepstakes Period. Duplicate Submissions by the same person will be subject to disqualification. All terms and conditions of TikTok and Instagram apply. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same TikTok or Instagram account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different TikTok or Instagram accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to ownership of any TikTok or Instagram account, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register on the platform will be deemed to be the entrant. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.  

All entries become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. 

3. Random Drawings/Odds: Two (2) winners in total will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.  Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final. Odds of winning a sweepstakes prize are dependent upon the total number of entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.  

4. Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified on or about February 16, 2026 and may be required to sign and return, where legal, an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release and/or rights transfer document (collectively, “Affidavit”) within five (5) days of receipt.

Potential winners that entered via TikTok or Instagram Entry will be notified by Sponsor via direct message and/or comment or reply to his/her public Entry (the “Initial Notification”). Potential winners must respond within 48 hours to provide an email or mailing address. If the winner does not respond with their email or mailing address within 48 hours of the Initial Notification or if the Affidavit (if applicable) is not returned and received within 14 days of the date emailed or mailed to the potential winner, the prize will be forfeited. 

Potential winners that entered via postcard will be confirmed via phone (the “Initial Notification”), and must respond within 48 hours. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the Initial Notification or if the Affidavit (if applicable) is not returned and received within 14 days of the date emailed or mailed to the potential winner, the prize will be forfeited.   

At the sole discretion of Sponsor, disqualification and forfeiture may result from any of the following: (1) a potential winner’s failure to respond to notification in the time frame designated by Sponsor; (2) the return of an email notification as undeliverable; (3) a potential winner’s failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity, and residency; (4) a potential winner’s failure to validly claim the prize within 48 hours of the notification attempt; and (5) any other non-compliance with the Official Rules. In the event of forfeiture, the prize may be awarded to an alternate (time permitting). Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

5. Entry Guidelines and Requirements: All Instagram and TikTok Entries must comply with the following minimum Guidelines and Requirements defined below.

  • Entrants are required to follow Bose and BonBonNYC. 
  • Entrants must be registered users of Instagram to submit an Instagram Entry or TikTok to submit a TikTok Entry and must comply with the respective company’s Terms of Use in order to enter the Sweepstakes;
  • Once an Entry has been submitted, it cannot be modified by entrant;
  • Entry cannot be profane, pornographic, sexually explicit;
  • Entry cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about people or companies; 
  • Entry cannot contain an image that defaces or depicts any product in a negative or inappropriate light; 
  • Entry cannot be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group or be derogatory to any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; 
  • Entry cannot communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate; 
  • Entry cannot depict illegal activity and cannot itself be in violation of any law; 
  • Entry must not include any private information of a third party such as name, address, phone number, or email address; 
  • Entry must conform with the format and size requirements and limitations of Instagram or TikTok (as applicable);

You acknowledge that other entrants may have used ideas and/or concepts in their Submission that may be similar in idea or concept to what is included in your Entry. You understand and agree that you shall not have any claim against any other entrant or Sponsor arising out any such similarity or be entitled to any compensation because of any such similarity.

6. Prizes: A total of Two (2) winners will each receive a Bose prize package (“Prize.”): One (1) Bose × BonBon gift Box comprised of One (1) Bose SoundLink Micro Bluetooth Speaker and One (1) BonBon candy box. The total approximate retail value of each Prize is $300. Each winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the value of the prize won. Each prize winner may be issued an IRS 1099-MISC tax form for the retail value of the prize won. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winners are responsible for all prize related costs or expenses not specifically exempted herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Limit one (1) prize per person or household.

7. Conditions. BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANTS AND WINNERS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, BONBON, TIKTOK, INSTAGRAM AND THEIR ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONS AGENCIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS (COLLECTIVELY, “RELEASED ENTITIES”), FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, FOR LOSS, HARM, DAMAGE, INJURY, COST OR EXPENSE WHATSOEVER INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH WHICH MAY OCCUR IN CONNECTION WITH, PREPARATION FOR, TRAVEL TO, OR PARTICIPATION IN SWEEPSTAKES, OR POSSESSION, ACCEPTANCE AND/OR USE OR MISUSE OF PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY AND FOR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, INVASION OF PRIVACY, COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT, TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT OR ANY OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY-RELATED CAUSE OF ACTION. Participation in Sweepstakes and acceptance of prize constitutes each winner’s permission for Sponsor to use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information, and/or any statements made by each winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism.  

8. Additional Terms. Any attempted form of entry other than as set forth above is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. Released Entities are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, website, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one’s ability to enter the Sweepstakes, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.  

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 

9. Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED ENTITIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND APRTICIPATIN IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY WEBSITES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS. 

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and any rules or guidelines required by Instagram and/or TikTok.  

10. Dispute Resolution: The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Sweepstakes. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. For any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the County of Suffolk in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.   

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively before a court located in Massachusetts having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than entrants' actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. 

11. PRIVACY: Except as noted in these Official Rules, information collected for this Sweepstakes is used only for the purpose of Sweepstakes administration and winner notification and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by the Sponsor or any third parties unless you have elected to receive additional information or promotional material from the Sponsor, or a third party. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to all of the terms and conditions of the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.  In the event of any discrepancy between the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall control and govern. 

12.  WINNERS LIST: To receive the list of winners of prizes, send a #10 self-addressed, stamped envelope for receipt by March 15, 2026 to: BosexBonBon Sweepstakes, 100 The Mountain Road, MS 6A2, Framingham, MA, 01701.
