Want to shop Bose × LISA first?
The pop-up opens May 10. Stop by to get access to the Bose × LISA Ultra Open Earbuds before they officially drop on May 12 on Bose.com. By shopping, you’ll have a chance to win a meet-and-greet with LISA and a Crystal Edition of the product.* Plus, you can enjoy goodies and delicious treats that will be at the event!

Is this event first come, first serve?
Yes, so it’s important to arrive at the pop-up early. Keep in mind there’s a limit of two products per customer, all sales final, and no returns are allowed. All ages can purchase the product and exclusive takeaways are available while supplies last, but you must be 18+ to enter the sweepstakes and win access to the meet-and-greet with LISA. Bose is excited to see you there!
Where can I park at the event?
Street parking is available near the pop-up, but please be aware that parking enforcement will be active on the event day. Park at your own risk and always follow posted parking regulations. Bose is not responsible for any damage, theft, or parking violations. The event area allows rideshare for loading and unloading only. No valet services will be provided.
Can I leave and come back?
Re-entry is not allowed, but our staff can assist if you need to step away briefly.
Can I bring a bag?
Yes, but no bag storage or coat check will be on site.
Should I wear sunscreen?
You should bring it just in case. The wait will be outdoors, and you never know what the weather will be like, so come prepared.
Want to share your vibe?
Go for it. Take plenty of photos and tag @Bose and @lalalalisa_m using #LISAxBose. Professional equipment and external lighting are prohibited, but small cameras and phones are welcome.
What if I can’t make it to the event?
