The perfect mix

At Bose, we strive to create and support a perfect mix of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within our employee community. A community of all identities, including genders, races, sexual orientations, and abilities — among many others. One where all creativity, innovative thinking, and imagination are not only welcome but necessary. A space where everyone is not only seen, but also heard. If that sounds good to you, we encourage you to join us.

By creating a wide range of resource groups, our employees have developed a diverse and inclusive culture that promotes and supports professional growth for the Bose community.

From talent internships and co-ops to support for inclusive employee groups and offerings, when it comes to acquiring and retaining our talent ... we hear you.

“At Bose, I’ve been fortunate to have incredible women mentors and role models. Seeing the achievements of so many women engineers has inspired me to pay it forward to others who are navigating their careers in the field.”

“One of the great things about working at Bose is the opportunity to connect with others like me. Even better is being able to work with people who share perspectives that are different from mine."

Social impact

At Bose, we are committed to partnering with organizations to improve the lives of those around us — celebrating diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging beyond our own walls and around the world. We contribute to societal efforts that close the gap in representation of diverse talent in technical and related fields. Additionally, we provide philanthropic support to non-profit organizations that inspire youth from these communities to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM), and offer volunteer opportunities for our employees to serve as mentors, lead sessions, and role models.
