Terms and Conditions for Bose Partner and Employee Purchase Program

All purchases made through the Partner and Employee Purchase Program are subject to the following terms and conditions, and members making a purchase expressly agree to adhere to them:

Product purchased through the Program is solely for personal use and enjoyment of employees, students, and their family and friends. You are expressly prohibited from reselling or bartering any product purchased through the Program to any third party (exception for employees in Australia and New Zealand where a 12-month period applies to all purchases). Purchases may not collectively exceed set regional limits per calendar year. Purchases must be made by the Employee or Key Partner member, and billing information for the purchase must match the billing address for the credit/debit card that is used. Violations of this policy may lead to corrective action up to and including dismissal. All pricing information is confidential.

YOU MAY NOT: Distribute, rent, or otherwise make available to others access to the Program or any product purchased through the Program except as expressly permitted herein without prior written consent from Bose Corporation. In the case of an authorized transfer or gift of any purchased product through the Program, the transferee must agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as if they were a participant. Employees of Bose, Bose partners, and/or students cannot have friends or family use their login to access the site, but you can request a delivery to your friend’s or family member’s home address.

RESTRICTIONS: You may not remove any proprietary notices, labels, trademarks, or documentation from any product. You may not modify, de-compile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or translate the software on any product. This program may be modified or terminated at any time.
