When will I receive my order?
We offer 2 methods of shipping, standard and express. Please note that the number of days quoted for standard and express shipping refers to transit time only. Additional time (typically one business day) is required for processing in-stock orders. Refer to the chart for estimated delivery times. You can use your order number to track the status of your shipment. Order information generally becomes available 24 hours after you place your order.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping charges are based on the shipping method you choose. When you make a purchase on Bose.com, the shipping charge will appear on the Payment Options page of the checkout process.
What is the Bose return policy?
Satisfaction is guaranteed on all Bose® consumer products. We want you to be thrilled, so if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within the 30-day trial period for a full refund of the purchase price (45 days for L1® systems).
If you've purchased a VideoWave system and wish to return it, just call us at 800-378-8053. We'll arrange for an authorized Bose Service Provider to pick up the VideoWave system and all corresponding accessories.
Try your purchase for 30 days – satisfaction guaranteed. If you’re not delighted, return it for a refund. You can also exchange it for up to 90 days.
