When will I receive my order?

We offer 2 methods of shipping, Standard and Express. For in-stock items, Standard delivery takes 2 – 5 business days and Express delivery takes 1 – 2 business days. Please note that the number of days quoted for Standard and Express shipping refers to transit time only. Additional time (typically one business day) is required for processing in-stock orders. You can use your order number to track the status of your shipment. Order information generally becomes available 24 hours after you place your order.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping charges are based on the shipping method you choose (either Standard or Express) and the size of your product order. When you make a purchase on Bose.com, the shipping charge is estimated in your cart, and will appear in the Payment step of the checkout process.

What is the Bose return policy?

Satisfaction is guaranteed on all Bose consumer products, because we think each product will make your life better. And if it doesn’t, we want it back. Simply return it within the 30-day trial period for a full refund of the purchase price (45 days for L1 systems). Please note: Orders of QC35 customized headphones are created just for you and the Bose 30-day risk-free trial does not apply. You may return this product within 30 days of purchase subject to a 25% restocking fee. Products customized by Bose are fully backed by our standard limited warranty. Please note that any products customized by any third party voids the Bose limited warranty.
