When will I receive my order?
We offer 2 methods of shipping, standard delivery and express. Please note that the number of days quoted for standard and express shipping refers to transit time only. Additional time (typically one business day) is required for processing in-stock orders. You can use your order number to track the status of your shipment. Order information generally becomes available 24 hours after you place your order.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping charges are based on the shipping method you choose. Standard delivery is free for orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50, there is a charge of $4.95. The shipping charge for express delivery is $25. When you make a purchase on Bose.com, the shipping charge will appear on the Payment options page of the checkout process.
What is the Bose return policy?
Satisfaction is guaranteed on all Bose consumer products. Try your purchase for 90 days, 60 days for aviation headsets and accessories. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, simply return it within the 90-day risk-free trial period (115 days for L1 systems, 60 days for aviation headsets and accessories), for a full refund of the purchase price — at our expense. You can also exchange it for up to 90 days (60 days for aviation headsets and accessories). There’s no restocking fee.
