Your QuietComfort Earbuds II come with 3 sizes of eartips (small, medium, and large) and 3 sizes of stability bands (1, 2, and 3) that you can mix and match to find your perfect fit.

For the best fit, audio performance, and noise cancellation, follow the instructions in the video and use a mirror to ensure you’re using the correct size eartips and stability bands.

If your fit still feels off after you’ve watched the video and followed the instructions, you may need to order an Alternate Fit Kit.

In addition to the 3 sizes of eartips (small, medium, and large) and the 3 sizes of stability bands (1, 2, and 3) that came with your original Fit Kit, Bose offers an Alternate Fit Kit with outlier sizes.

The Alternate Fit Kit includes XS and XL eartips and stability bands (0 and 4).
