Excellent cable for exceptional headphonesI've had my QC15 headphones since their release in 2009 and in that time I've only needed a new cord twice. The first time was 3 years ago, meaning the first cord lasted for at least 8 years. Furthermore, both cables were required for one reason alone, my cat chewed through the cord. So... not cat proof. Otherwise, fantastic cable with clear, crisp audio on the microphone.

Mine did greatI bought my QuietComfort 15 acoustic noise canceling headphones in Sept., 2011 and 95% of the time, wear them all day at work (8 hours, M - F), and most the time in the school library (grad school, yup since 2011- many, many hours!). This particular cord lasted me approximately five years, and the 2nd cord (without the microphone) I've used since then. Perhaps the quality has declined in the last seven years, but mine lasted!
